Housing Pre-Application

NOTICE: In light of the current health situation, the management office at 412 Madison Street is open by appointment only. Applicants must bring all of the information listed in the Pre-Application that is applicable, along with the completed Personnel References and Rental and Residence History forms. Housing staff will complete applications with applicants by appointment only, on Tuesdays from 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm. Applicants should call the office at (434) 847-9059 to schedule an appointment time.

Welcome to the application process for Lynchburg Covenant Fellowship’s housing programs!

To begin your application, please print and fill out (completely) the PDF at the link above, and bring it with you when you apply.

If you do not have all of the applicable information when you come in, we will ask that you return during application hours with all of the required information.  The application process will NOT begin unless you have all of the information listed in the form below.  Once ready, please bring the completed form and all of the necessary documents to our main office:

Remember:  All persons who will be living in the unit that are age 18 or older must be present to apply.

*Currently, applications are taken on Tuesdays from 9-11 AM and 2-4 PM, with any exceptions posted.  Exceptions include but are not limited to: being closed for inclement weather, holidays, training, or any other circumstance beyond management’s control.
